Who is responsible

Kamil Kuklewski is responsible for your personal data. You can reach me at kamil@kuklewski.com.

What I collect

When you send a project brief on this website I receive:

• your name and email address;
• everything you write in the form: your industry, project description, tools, timeline, budget, notes and links;
• any files you attach;
• the time of your submission.

Please do not include passwords, patient data or other sensitive personal data in the form or attachments. If you are unsure what to share, describe the situation in general terms and we can talk details later.

Why and on what basis

I use these details to read your brief, reply to you and, if you wish, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and my legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). I do not use your details for marketing and I do not add you to any mailing list.

Who else handles your data

• Vercel hosts this website and processes technical data such as your IP address when you visit.
• My own server runs the automation and task tools where your brief is stored so I can work on it.
• Telegram delivers a notification to me that contains your name, email, a summary of your brief and any files you attach.
• AI assistants (for example Claude by Anthropic) may be used to analyse the content of your brief and help me prepare a scope and follow-up questions.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area and rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. I do not sell your data.

How long I keep it

Up to 12 months after our last contact. If we start working together, I keep what is needed for the contract and for legal and accounting obligations. You can ask me to delete your brief sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask me for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a copy in a portable format, or object to the processing. Write to kamil@kuklewski.com. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It remembers your theme and saves your unfinished project brief in your browser's local storage. The draft stays on your device until you submit it or clear it with the form's reset option. Attachments and your consent choice are not saved. If you switch language, your choice is stored in one small cookie.
